By registering, accessing, or using the 17winrm platform via the official website, mobile app, or any channel provided by us, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

You are fully responsible for:

• Actions or third-party negligence including payment providers or game providers.
• Any indirect, consequential, or opportunity losses under any circumstances.
